Terms and Conditions for Adults

• X 5 Package can be purchased after a trial has been completed with Madeline. 
• Students who wish to purchase packages have up to 4 months to use their 5 lessons.
• If packages expire, a credit will be given if you contact Madeline Music. This credit must be used within a month after.
• Most Communication will be done through E-Mail. Students will be sent recordings, reminders, lesson notes etc if needed. It is up to you to ensure you are able to access them.

Under 18s

• Under 18 classes run the same as school terms. Term fees must be paid before your first class.
• You have the option of weekly lessons or fortnightly lessons.
• Madeline or Phoebe will invoice you via email and a bank transfer can be made.
• If you miss a lesson, Madeline or Phoebe run make up lessons over the first week of the school holidays.
• Most Communication will be done through E-Mail. Students or their guardian will be sent recordings, reminders, lesson notes etc if needed. It is up to you or your guardian to ensure you are able to access them.

School TermsTerms will operate the same way as primary and high school terms. If you wish to have make up lessons on the school holidays, you can do so during the day between 10-12, from Monday to Wednesday only. Bookings are essential.
Over the school holidays you might also wish to do a one off class with your friends or an extra class to prepare for an upcoming performance. This can be arrange with Madeline. This does not include summer holidays.
For all students

• ALL STUDENTS WHO ATTEND IN PERSON COME AT THEIR OWN RISK.
  YOU AGREE TO RELEASE MADELINE, PHOEBE AND OUR STUDIO LOCATION FROM ALL LIABILITY
  (WHETHER THAT BE A FALL, ACCIDENT, ABILITY TO FIND THE STUDIO ETC).
  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ABUSE YOU DO TO YOUR VOCAL CORDS OUTSIDE OF YOUR SINGING LESSONS.
  STUDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED AND DIRECTED TO PRACTICE IN ORDER TO SEE PROPER VOCAL TECHNIQUE & VOCAL HEALTH.
• WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE CONTINUATION OF LESSONS AT ANY POINT DEEMED NECESSARY BY THE TEACHER. THIS IS INCLUDING AND NOT LIMITED TO SCHEDULING CONFLICTS, SUITABILITY, COMPATIBILITY AND SAFETY.
•  PLEASE NOTE, IF WE FEEL THAT LESSONS HAVE COME TO AN END AND NEED TO BE CANCELED, OR IF OUR SAFETY IS AT RISK, LESSONS WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY. A FORMAL EMAIL WILL BE SENT OUT AND A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF NEEDED.
